Abstract

Problems that occur on cellphones require a software in the form of a program application that is in accordance with the problems that occur in the business world. The method used in this research is forward chaining and certainty factors. From this research will produce an expert system that is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. After implementing and testing the expert system that is made aims to replace an expert in diagnosing damaged cellphones.
