Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

WRITING GUIDELINES

Format and Structure of Script Writing

Title

The title is short and clear (maximum 15 words), typed in capital letters only at the beginning of the title with exceptions according to the language rules used. Scientific names and other foreign terms are typed in italic.

Author's identity

  • Full name (not abbreviated) of all authors (without titles).
  • Full name and address of the institution of each author.
  • Information about the author for correspondence with telephone numbers and e-mail addresses.

Abstract

  • Written in two languages, Indonesian and English. If the article is written in Indonesian, abstracts in English are placed first. Conversely, if the article is written in English, the abstract in Indonesian is put first.
  • Abstract length is 180-250 words written in one paragraph containing a summary of the entire text without the use of citations.

Keywords (Keywords)

Consisting of 3-5 words or clusters that describe the concept, not a list of names of organisms or materials. Scientific names and other foreign terms are typed in italics.

preliminary

Contains background with reference to important libraries related and ends with paragraphs of research objectives. Writing the reference number on the contents of the text is in the Vancouver superscript style after the dot. There is no subheading in the introduction.

Method

  1. Specifications and sources of tools and materials used are written only if they are urgent to be submitted.
  2. The method used includes the use of tools written in detail if it has never been published.
  3. The method that has been published is simply explained in principle along with the library. The modified method describes the modification along with the previous library.
  4. The statistical method used is written in general. Methods that are not commonly used must be explained in detail and supported by references.
  5. All forms of equations should be written using the formula writer feature (Equation Editor in Microsoft Word and Formula in Open Office).

Form of Artical Manuscript

  1. The length of the article is between 10-15 pages

(not including abstracts and keywords)

  1. A4 paper size
  2. Space 1
  3. Type and font size of Times New Roman size 10
  4. The layout of the manuscript uses the size of the left pias 4 cm, right 3 cm, top 3 cm, and bottom 3 cm.
  5. Specifically for book scales conditions apply which include:
  6. books weighed at least published in the last 3 years for books in Indonesian; Last 5 years for foreign language books;
  7. the length of the scales is 2-3 pages or 750-1000 words;
  8. publication data which includes the name of the author, year of publication, title of book, place of publication, name of publisher, number of pages, ISBN, and
  9. photocopies or scans of book covers.

 

Language

Articles written in Indonesian are scientific barrel or in English (or language set by the United Nations).

Description of the author

Authors provide full names (without titles), affiliations, and e-mail addresses.

Submission of manuscripts

Results

  • Presentation of primary data results does not need to be accompanied by literature.
  • Tables are made in an open form without side lines, while images (graphs) are made in an open form without boundary lines on all sides. The table title (above the table) and the title of the image (below the image) are numbered in the order in which they are referenced in the text and begin with uppercase letters. The same data may not be presented in the form of tables and images at once, but one must be chosen.

Discussion

  • Important results presented are discussed in relation to the formulation of the problem, purpose, and research hypothesis. The similarities, differences, and uniqueness of the results obtained are compared with the latest information in the related fields. At the end of the discussion the implications for the related fields are presented.

Conclusions and recommendations

Withdrawal of conclusions based on the results obtained by considering the formulation of the problem and objectives.

Acknowledgments are expressed to those who contributed to the research and in writing the script, including technical assistance and / or financial support.

Bibliography

  • The minimum reference for the research result script is 15 sources and for the review script are 25 sources, while the maximum reference for both is 35 sources. The reference must be numbered as written in the text. The use of references uses Vancouver style and is not abbreviated.
  • There are no references to abstracts.
  • Information from manuscripts in the status of "submitted" and or "received but not yet published" is written in the text as "unpublished" but not included in the literature (permission from sources is included). The author immediately informs if the text is in the "published" status.
  • Avoid quoting "personal communication" except providing important information that is not publicly available. Write down the name of the person and the date of communication, written permission and confirmation of the truth of the information from the source of personal communication must be included.
