SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENENTUAN KARYAWAN TETAP MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALITYCHAL HIERARCHY PROCESS

Abstract

Decision Making in the application of a decision support system for determining permanent employees uses the AHP method. This is based on having advantages in terms of the decision-making process for both quantitative and qualitative attributes. In addition, the AHP decision-making system produces better and more consistent results than other methods and the system with this method is easy to understand and easy to use. The purpose of this study is to create a decision support system that can be used by PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya TBK Kotabumi with the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method so that it can help PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya TBK Kotabumi in making decisions about determining permanent employees. Using the Waterfall method as a solution carried out at the time of determination, the results obtained are the determination of permanent employees obtained from calculations.
