<p><em>This study aims to develop a gold price prediction model using the Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average </em>(SARIMA) <em>method. The model is designed to address fluctuations in gold prices influenced by seasonal factors by utilizing historical gold price data as the basis for forecasting. The data used has undergone selection and transformation stages within the Knowledge Discovery in Databases </em>(KDD)<em> framework. The model Evaluation was conducted using two main metrics, namely Root Mean Square Error </em>(RMSE)<em> and Mean Absolute Percentage Error</em> (MAPE),<em> to measure prediction accuracy and performance. The results indicate that the </em>SARIMA<em> model is capable of providing high-accuracy predictions, as evidenced by an </em>RMSE<em> of 17.393 and a </em>MAPE<em> of 0.65863, reflecting a relatively low prediction error. These findings affirm the reliability of </em>SARIMA<em> in handling time series data with seasonal patterns while contributing to the development of commodity price prediction methods, particularly for gold. <p><em>The popularity of educational games as learning tools continues to rise, thanks to their ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences. However, the development methodologies for these games have not kept pace with their increasing popularity. Many developers face challenges in choosing approaches that are not only effective but also adaptive to user needs. This study examines the potential of design thinking as an alternative methodology for developing educational games. As an innovative approach rooted in UI/UX design, design thinking offers an iterative, user-centered framework through five key stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. By conducting literature reviews, comparative analyses, and case studies, this research proposes a design thinking-based methodology for educational game development. Validation was conducted through the development of an educational game focused on pathfinding algorithms. Evaluation results using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) indicated scores of 2.15 for attractiveness, 1.77 for dependability, and 1.81 for stimulation, all categorized as excellent. Meanwhile, the aspects of novelty (1.76), perspicuity (1.95), and efficiency (1.87) were categorized as good. <p><em>This study aims to design and analyze the RPG game Package Delivery, based on the psychological concept of perfectionism, to provide insights into its impact on mental health. Utilizing the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model and Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC), as well as Godot Engine 4.2.1, the game was tested through Black Box Testing, expert validation using LORI 1.5, and player comprehension questionnaires using Game Heuristic Evaluation. Results from expert validation and player questionnaires showed high-quality outcomes across various aspects. Expert assessments ranged from good to excellent, while player questionnaires achieved an average score of 4, indicating the game’s technical quality and its effectiveness in conveying the concept of perfectionism and its effects on mental health. <p><em>The payment system that still uses a calculator often causes miscalculations, while raw material management often faces obstacles such as undetected out-of-stock items. The manual reporting process makes it difficult to identify income details, so the flow of income and expenses becomes unclear. To address these issues, a website-based restaurant ordering and management system was designed using the waterfall method. This system aims to reduce errors in daily transaction records, assist employees in the payment process, and produce accurate transaction reports to prevent data accumulation and loss. Test results show that this website has high performance with a Performance score of 91, meaning the page loads quickly. Additionally, the Best Practices value reaches 100, indicating excellent technical quality and security. However, the Accessibility score of 60 highlights the need for improvements to make the system more inclusive and accessible to users with disabilities. <p>Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk memanfaatkannya dalam mengembangkan usaha. Namun, banyak pelaku UMKM masih kesulitan menarik pelanggan dan menyebarkan informasi lokasi usaha mereka. Untuk mengatasi kendala ini, dikembangkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) Pemetaan UMKM Berbasis Mobile, yang memungkinkan pelanggan menemukan UMKM terdekat dengan mudah serta membantu pelaku usaha mempublikasikan bisnis mereka secara efektif. Aplikasi ini menggunakan metode prototype, yang memungkinkan pengujian dan penyempurnaan desain berdasarkan masukan pengguna. Dikembangkan dengan Flutter dan Dart, aplikasi ini dapat berjalan di Android dan iOS, sehingga menjangkau lebih banyak pengguna. Fitur utamanya meliputi pencarian berbasis lokasi, pengelolaan data UMKM, serta pembaruan informasi usaha secara real-time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini efektif dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan publikasi UMKM di Indramayu. Aplikasi ini melibatkan tiga aktor utama, yaitu Admin, Mitra UMKM, dan Pengunjung, yang masing-masing memiliki peran dalam sistem. <p><em>The rapid progress of information and communication technology in recent years has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including, business, education and public services. Mobile applications have how become an essential component of everyday activites, with application distribution platforms such as Google Play Store playing a central role in providing access to users. Reviews from users are very important for application developers to find out complaints from users, user reviews containing comments and ratings are very important for application develop to improve application performance. This research aims to analyze sentiment from user reviews of the Question.AI application on the Google Play Store, With the aim of assessing the level of user satisfaction. By ultilizing the Naïve Bayes method, the reviews were categorized into two categories of positive and negative sentiment. Based on research results regarding user sentiment analysis of the Question.AI application, the data used was obtained through a scraping process from 2023 to 2024, with a total of 1960 reviews. From this analysis, it was revealed that the majority of users gave positive reviews, 1639 of which were classified as positive sentiment, while 321 reviews fell into the negative category. This shows that although many users provide positive comments about the Question.AI application, a number of users also provide negative comments. <p><em>This research is motivated by the many companies that still use manual systems in managing stocks and orders, which causes operational inefficiencies. In particular, state-owned trading companies experience challenges in managing logistics and administration that are constrained by fragmented manual systems. This research identifies knowledge gaps related to the development of technology-based stock and order management systems, especially using the Laravel framework in the context of large companies. The research methodology used was descriptive qualitative with observation and in-depth interviews in the logistics and administration division of the company for four months. The results showed that the developed system was able to improve the efficiency of stock management, speed up the recording process, and minimize errors that occurred in order management, comparing much better than the previous manual method. <p><em>The rapid development of information technology has changed many aspects of life, including the way businesses operate. Selling products online is a global trend that provides convenience for consumers. The rapidly growing online business in Indonesia has triggered competition in the e-commerce industry, including in the sale of TV spare parts. However, sellers face the drawbacks of selling on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, especially related to the COD system that allows buyers to open packages before paying, increasing return costs and making it difficult to manage inventory. In addition, the complaint handling process on Shopee is considered less protective of sellers because the goods must be sent back immediately without the opportunity to appeal, in contrast to Tokopedia and Bukalapak which provide appeal options. The research aims to design an app that can help sellers overcome</em><em>unfavorable payment and shipping policies, as well as improve the return process and unfair complaint handling. The app is also expected to expand the reach of store marketing, manage sales online, and provide sales reports. To design the application, the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method is used which consists of four stages: requirement planning, system design, system development, and implementation. The RAD method allows for faster, more precise, and cost-effective application development, according to the needs of the TV spare parts market. <p><em>This research discusses sentiment analysis of skincare product reviews on Shopee using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. The research stages include review data collection, data pre-processing (cleaning, tokenization, stemming, and stopword removal), feature weighting using Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), and SVM model training. The evaluation results show that the SVM algorithm achieved an accuracy of 93.79%. For the negative sentiment category, precision reached 100% with recall of 18% and F1-score of 31%, while for the positive sentiment category, precision was 94%, recall 100%, and F1-score 97%. The weighted average values for precision, recall, and F1-score are 94%, 94%, and 92%, respectively. The results of this study show that the SVM algorithm is able to provide good performance in sentiment analysis, especially in the dominant category in the dataset, although it requires improvement in handling data imbalance. Based on the results of observations at the Banyumas District Office, it is known that there is no document management by utilizing website-based information system technology to assist in managing digital documents at the Banyumas District Office so that the archive management process is still done manually. So that problems often arise, including the loss of correspondence documents or being misplaced with other documents. The purpose of this study was to assist in managing archive management at the Banyumas District Office and integrate it into a website-based E-Archive. The data collection method used in this study was using the interview method, observation at the Banyumas District Office and using literature studies to add research references. The website design in this study used the waterfall method. And for system development using HTML and PHP and using MySQL as the database. The results of this study are that the implementation of web-based E-Archive can increase the efficiency of digital document management. Through E-Archive, important documents can be stored, managed, and accessed more easily, quickly, and accurately. <p><em>Accreditation is an important aspect in improving school performance. However, much of the data supporting accreditation is still in physical form (non-digital), so it takes a lot of time and effort to process it according to the standards set by the National Education (Diknas). Currently, social networks such as WhatsApp (WA) are often used as a means of communication between homeroom teachers and parents of students. However, WA is still separate from the school administration system, so it has not been fully integrated. This study focuses on the development of a student achievement report system application (report card) that refers to school accreditation data and a communication system between homeroom teachers and parents. Data were collected through a review of relevant documents, interviews, system needs analysis, and system implementation. Testing was carried out using the Black Box Test and Alpha Test methods. The results of the study showed that the web-based school administration reporting system had a feasibility rate of 100% in the Black Box Test and 100% in the Alpha Test. Meanwhile, the communication feature that supports the online POMG (Parents and Teachers Association) meeting function has a feasibility rate of 89% in the Black Box Test and 86% in the Alpha Test. <p>The propery sales market in New York City (NYC) is among the most dynamic in the world, influenced by a wide range of factors. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence property sales price in NYC using quantitative approach, employing Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and regression model. The data utilized in this reasearch is sourced from the NYC Property Sales Dataser available on Kaggle, which covers sales transactions over one year. The research process involves data preprocessing to address missing values and outliers, followed by EDA to uncover patterns and relationships between variables. Subsequently, regression modeling is applied to access the significant impact of variables such as borought, tacclass, buildingclass, and pre-war or post-war building status on sales prices. The findings reveal that properties located in Manhattan, classified under taxclass 2, and categorized as pre-war tend to have realtively high prices. Additionally, numerical variables such as building size show a significant correlation with sales prices. However, the developed regression model explains only 21,9 % of the variation in sales prices, indicating that other factors also influence these prices.</p>M. <p><em>Fajar Indah Convection is a business engaged in clothing production, with an ordering system that is still conducted manually. The paper-based ordering process and direct communication often lead to various issues, such as order recording errors, production delays due to a lack of organized information, and difficulties in tracking order statuses. Therefore, a digital ordering system is needed to improve efficiency and accuracy in managing customer orders. This study aims to develop a desktop-based clothing ordering system using the Waterfall method as a software development approach. The Waterfall method is chosen because it follows a systematic and structured process, including requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This approach ensures that each phase is completed sequentially before proceeding to the next stage, reducing the risk of errors in system development.In this study, system requirements were analyzed by involving business owners and customers as primary users. Based on the analysis results, a system was designed with several key features, including order management, customer data management, and transaction reporting. The implementation results show that this web-based ordering system effectively addresses the issues previously encountered in the manual ordering process. <p>Big data merujuk pada kumpulan data yang sangat besar dan kompleks, yang sulit untuk diolah dengan menggunakan metode tradisional dalam pengolahan data. Data ini dapat datang dari berbagai sumber, seperti media sosial, perangkat IoT <em>(Internet of Things</em>), transaksi online, dan banyak lagi. Perkembangan data yang sangat pesat ini membuat organisasi mencari metode untuk menyimpan dan mengolah data. Teknologi <em>big</em> <em>data</em> menjadi solusi untuk menyimpan data dan juga mampu mengolah data tersebut. Penggunaan MapReduce sangat penting dalam pemrosesan big data, terutama ketika data yang harus diproses sangat besar dan tersebar di banyak mesin atau server. MapReduce merupakan model pemrograman yang digunakan untuk memproses dan menghasilkan output dari data dalam jumlah besar secara paralel dan terdistribusi. MapReduce memungkinkan pembagian tugas besar menjadi bagian-bagian kecil yang bisa diproses di banyak mesin atau node. Hadoop merupakan sebuah <em>framework </em>yang dapat menyimpan data dalam skala besar tanpa memperhatikan struktur dari data untuk menangani data yang banyak atau big data, diperlukan berbagai teknologi dan teknik yang lebih canggih dibandingkan dengan pengolahan data tradisional. Penelitian ini tujuan utamanya adalah untuk memanfaatkan potensi besar data yang ada untuk menciptakan wawasan yang lebih dalam, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cerdas. Tujuan lain juga untuk mengusulkan dan menerapkan sebuah sistem berbasis Hadoop MapReduce. Dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan Hadoop MapReduce diharapkan implementasi big data memiliki berbagai manfaat yang signifikan di banyak sektor sehinnga akhirnya dapat mendorong kinerja dan keberhasilan yang lebih baik dalam berbagai aspek bisnis atau operasional. Hasil dan kesimpulan dari penelitian implementasi K-Means dalam lingkungan <em>big data </em>menggunakan model pemrograman MapReduce adalah Implementasi K-Means pada data <em>liver disorder </em>menggunakan <em>library </em>Mahout dapat berjalan dengan benar. Komputasi K-Means dengan menggunakan <em>library </em>Mahout menghasilkan <em>output item </em>data <em>centroid</em> yang sama karena dibuktikan juga dengan penghitungan manual.</p>Darsin .

<p><em>Heart disease is a chronic and highly fatal condition that is common in both industrialized and non-industrialized countries, including Indonesia. Looking at the report from the Indonesian Health Survey (IHS), the state of heart disease in Indonesia is at an alarming level. The disease is spread in almost all regions in Indonesia. Heart disease has no age limit. According to the Indonesian Health Survey (SKI), about 0.8% of every 100 Indonesians suffer from heart disease. Optimization of the use of Naïve Bayes as an algorithm used to predict heart disease is needed in the world of health so that the results obtained from the use of the Naïve Bayes algorithm are more optimal. This study aims to determine whether the use of Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) metrode for feature selection will be able to improve the efficiency of the features of heart disease prediction results, experiments have been carried out using datasets and get a confusion matrix of 79.12%. Better results were obtained after applying feature selection optimization using PSO to perform feature selection on the dataset and the results obtained increased to 86.37%.</em></p>Romdan Muhamad UbaidilahToto Andri Puspito

<p><em>The use of learning media such as books and whiteboards affects the lack of interest of students so that the goal of learning access is controlled. The research aims to provide an alternative learning media in the form of applications on fruit and vegetable recognition using Augmented Reality (AR) technology implemented on mobile devices, aimed at children aged 4-6 years and teachers in Early Childhood Education (PAUD). AR technology was chosen because it provides an interactive and exciting learning experience, which can enhance student engagement and understanding. Methodology using Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which consists of six stages namely concept, design, material collection, manufacture, testing, and distribution. The app features marker-based tracking, information about the names, benefits, and properties of fruits and vegetables, as well as interactive 3D models. <p><em>The use of learning media that is less dynamic is a challenge in delivering material that is described orally in the form of text and images. This becomes a problem because students' interest decreases so that the achievement of learning objectives is not optimal. The goal of this </em><em>study</em><em> is to develop an alternative Augmented Reality (AR)-based learning media application with speech recognition capabilities.The six steps of the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) approach are used in this study. <p><em>Banking data is characterized by its diverse nature, encompassing financial transactions, credit histories, customer details, and more. This complexity poses challenges in effective data management and analysis. One such challenge lies in assessing the creditworthiness of home loan applicants. In the lending process, several factors are considered, including the applicant's character, repayment capacity, collateral, economic condition, age, and funding source. Credit risk analysis can be undertaken using various methods, including market analysis and big data machine learning techniques. In this study, we employed two popular algorithms: K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) and Support Vector Machine (SVM). KNN, known for its simplicity and ability to work with diverse data, is frequently used for classification. However, it faces limitations in terms of computational speed on large datasets and susceptibility to noisy data. Conversely, SVM, a more sophisticated algorithm, is designed to maximize the separation between data classes and excels in handling high-dimensional data. Our findings reveal that SVM outperforms KNN in classifying credit risk in banking data, particularly for home loans. SVM with dot and ANOVA kernels achieved an accuracy of 80.56%, compared to 69.44% for KNN with k=50. <p>Kesehatan mental merupakan aspek penting dalam keberhasilan seseorang mahasiswa, terutama menjelang masa-masa akhir perkuliahan seperti pengerjaan skripsi. Di lingkungan Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama (UNU) Lampung, fenomena gangguan kesehatan mental di kalangan mahasiswa menjelanga penyusunan skripsi menjadi isu yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian lebih. Meskipun belum terdokumentasi secara sistematis, gejala-gejala penuruan motivasi belajar, hingga keterlambatan dalam penyelesaian tugas akhir. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu pendekatan berbasis teknologi untuk membantu proses identifikasi dan prediksi kondisi kesehatan mental mahasiswa secara dini dan akurat.</p> <p>Pada tahap ini, mahasiswa sering dihadapkan pada tekanan yang tinggi, baik dari tuntutan akademik maupun non akademik. Kesehatan mental yang terganggu dapat memengaruhi kemampuan mahasiswa dalam berpikir, membuat keputusan, dan berinteraksi dengan sosial. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kesehatan mental mahasiswa. Metode Naive Bayes merupakan salah satu pendekatan yang efektif dalam melakukan analisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model prediksi tingkat kesehatan mental mahasiswa menggunakan metode Naive Bayes. <p><em>Digital transformation has become an urgent need for organizations to manage data and information efficiently, including in the context of research services. PT Bio Farma (Persero), through the Department of Learning and Development Management, faces challenges in monitoring research activities due to the absence of an integrated information system and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). To address this issue, a web-based research monitoring system was designed and developed using the Waterfall methodology. The system was built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, SB-Admin, PHP, and MySQL technologies. The development process included requirement analysis, system design with UML, implementation, system testing using Black Box Testing, and evaluation through interviews based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Testing results confirmed that all features functioned properly, while the interview findings indicated that the system was considered useful, easy to use, and effective in improving efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in research data management. <p>Organisasi Kemahasiswaan (ORKEM) merupakan wadah mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan minat, bakat, keahlian dan kemampuan social. Berdasarkan proses penentuan penilaian baik atau tidak suatu organisasai yang sedang dilakukan memiliki permasalahan seperti sistem yang digunakan masih menggunakan cara manual seperti pencatatan dan perhitungan berdasarkan kriteria yang berdampak pada kesalahan dalam penilaian terhadap suatu ogranisasi sehingga dapat merugikan pihak organisasi lainnya dan cara tersebut dinilai masih kurang efektif dan efisien. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, solusi yang diberikan yaitu dengan merancang sistem penilaian dan pemeringkatan terhadap organisasi kemahasiswaan dengan menggunakan suatu metode yaitu VIKOR yang merupakan salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria atau yang lebih dikenal dengan istilah <em>Multi Criteria Decision Making</em> (MCDM).
