Abstract

Floods are one of the most frequent disasters in Indonesia and have a significant impact on communities and infrastructure. This study aims to implement Business Intelligence (BI) with Looker Studio to interactively visualize flood data for easier understanding and useful decision-making. The research method used secondary data from the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) for the period 2020–2025. The data was processed using Python through the stages of gathering, assessing, cleaning, and exporting, then visualized using Looker Studio in the form of an interactive dashboard. The results show that 2021 was the year with the highest number of floods, with the greatest impact being submerged and damaged houses. Java Island is recorded as the region with the highest frequency of flooding, except in the Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta
