SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN MENGUKUR PENCEMARAN UDARA DI KABUPATEN PRINGSEWU DENGAN METODE K-MEANS

Abstract

This research itself aims to find out the sources of air pollution in Pringsewu Regency which can find which sub-districts in Pringsewu Regency have the most polluted air. In this study, it was also possible to find out which sub-districts were polluted and not polluted by air pollution in Pringsewu Regency. The results of this study show where the side or influence of air pollution comes from. The impact of air pollution is very bad for health which can trigger respiratory problems, such as asthma, respiratory infections, and even lung cancer. The Indonesian government itself has made efforts to reduce its own air pollution index, namely by reducing the number of vehicles by applying an odd-even number, providing environmentally friendly transportation such as buses and also opening green fields in the middle of the city. This study will measure air pollution in Pringsewu Regency using a decision support system with the K-Means method which will show which sub-districts experience the most air pollution in Pringsewu Regency so that actions can be taken to reduce air pollution in Pringsewu Regency.
