E-ARSIP SEBAGAI EVALUASI EFISIENSI DALAM PENGELOLAAN DOKUMEN DIGITAL MENGGUNAKAN WEBSITE KANTOR KECAMATAN BANYUMAS

Abstract

The implementation of E-Archive is an important aspect in managing digital documents in agencies including government institutions such as the Banyumas District Office. Based on the results of observations at the Banyumas District Office, it is known that there is no document management by utilizing website-based information system technology to assist in managing digital documents at the Banyumas District Office so that the archive management process is still done manually. So that problems often arise, including the loss of correspondence documents or being misplaced with other documents. The purpose of this study was to assist in managing archive management at the Banyumas District Office and integrate it into a website-based E-Archive. The data collection method used in this study was using the interview method, observation at the Banyumas District Office and using literature studies to add research references. The website design in this study used the waterfall method. And for system development using HTML and PHP and using MySQL as the database. The results of this study are that the implementation of web-based E-Archive can increase the efficiency of digital document management. Through E-Archive, important documents can be stored, managed, and accessed more easily, quickly, and accurately. As well as contributing to improving the efficiency of company administration and enabling more timely decision making.
