Abstract

Digital libraries play a strategic role in providing fast, accurate, and efficient access to information. Bank Indonesia (BI), as a national institution, offers an Online Library service to support research, education, and public knowledge development. However, website quality is not solely determined by feature availability, but also by functional compliance, system performance, and user satisfaction. This study aims to evaluate the quality of the BI Online Library Website based on the ISO/IEC 25010 standard and user perception. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method with questionnaires. The evaluated quality characteristics include functional suitability, usability, reliability, performance efficiency, and security. The results indicate that the BI Online Library Website is generally categorized as good, particularly in terms of functional suitability and usability. Nevertheless, aspects such as performance efficiency and reliability still require improvement to enhance user experience. This study is expected to provide evaluation insights and recommendations for improving digital library information systems at Bank Indonesia.
