RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI PADA DESA MUARA SUNGAI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI KERJA

Abstract

Improving the efficiency of administrative services has become an important need in village governance, including Muara Sungai Village. The administrative process that is still conducted manually has caused various obstacles, such as slow service, the risk of data loss, and limited access to information. This research aims to design and build a web-based information system that can improve the efficiency of administrative work in Muara Sungai Village. This web-based information system is designed to facilitate the processes of recording, storing, and accessing administrative documents, such as the creation of domicile certificates, ID card processing, and the management of other population data. The research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to accelerate the development process and involve users directly at every stage of the design. The expected results include the acceleration of administrative processes, reduction of public waiting times, increased transparency of services, and ease in managing archives and data.
