PEMBUATAN SISTEM MONITORING LAYANAN PENELITIAN BERBASIS WEB PADA DEPARTEMEN MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN DI PT BIO FARMA (PERSERO)

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an urgent need for organizations to manage data and information efficiently, including in the context of research services. PT Bio Farma (Persero), through the Department of Learning and Development Management, faces challenges in monitoring research activities due to the absence of an integrated information system and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). To address this issue, a web-based research monitoring system was designed and developed using the Waterfall methodology. The system was built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, SB-Admin, PHP, and MySQL technologies. The development process included requirement analysis, system design with UML, implementation, system testing using Black Box Testing, and evaluation through interviews based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Testing results confirmed that all features functioned properly, while the interview findings indicated that the system was considered useful, easy to use, and effective in improving efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in research data management. The implementation of this system is expected to strengthen research management at PT Bio Farma (Persero) and support the broader digitalization of business processes.
