SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN UNTUK PENILAIAN KINERJA KARYAWAN TERBAIK PADA PT ALKON SRIWIJAYA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SMART
Abstract
PT Alkon Sriwijaya is a company engaged in construction services. This company twice a year always evaluates the best employee performance with the aim of selecting which employees are eligible for promotion and also for employees who are still on contract to be appointed as permanent employees. To facilitate this assessment, a decision support system was developed using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method with several criteria set by the company. The tools used for making this application are Visual Studio Code as a code editor with the programming language PHP and MySQL as database storage. The results obtained from this system are that it can assist companies in making decisions for the selection of the best employees efficiently and accurately and can provide transparent information to employees.
