Abstract

Company PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja is a company in the fertilizer of production from urea in Palembang, South Sumatra. The aim is to carry out operational activities to support policies in government programs in the economic and national development spheres. Pusri has the I AM Pusri application as an attendance media and accesses PT information. Fertilizer Sriwijaya. Therefore a test was carried out to determine the level of user satisfaction with the I AM Pusri application use the End-User Computer Satisfaction method has five variable including content, accuracy, format, usability, and timeliness. The method is validiti test, reliabiliti test, clasic hypotesis test and hypotesis testing using SPSS aplication. Data collection was carried  by distributing questionaires to 300 respondent use random sampling technique. The results of this test show that 4 variables affect user satisfaction including Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use while the Timeliness variable does not affect on user satisfaction of the I AM Pusri application.
